Chloe Fineman’s Humiliating Encounter at NYC Restaurant
In a recent TikTok post, "Saturday Night Live" cast member Chloe Fineman shared a bewildering experience she had at Sant Ambroeus, an Italian restaurant in New York City. Fineman, who had just finished a Pilates class with her sister, was eager to enjoy their meal. However, things took a dramatic turn when she inadvertently caused a ruckus in front of actress Demi Moore.
Upon arrival, Fineman was promptly escorted to a room filled with empty seats, only to discover that she was sharing the space with Moore and her celebrity dog, Pilaf. Just as the two were reuniting, a frantic restaurant manager intervened, allegedly scolding Fineman for not having a reservation.
With an air of bemusement, Fineman recounted the manager’s insistence that she "talk to another Italian guy" for seating, causing her to question her appearance and legitimacy in what seemed like an empty dining room. In a cheeky response, she reminded the staff that she was a cast member on "SNL," but the manager remained unyielding, reportedly telling her he treats everyone the same.
Her sister, humorously supporting Fineman, eventually decided to leave the restaurant. Fineman, who’s no stranger to adversity—having previously called out Elon Musk for his behavior during her debut on "SNL"—remarked on the incident, noting, “You could call it a Karen moment, but I see it as part of living in New York.”
