Former “The Bachelor” star Sean Lowe recently shared a harrowing experience involving his newly adopted dog Moose. In a video posted to Instagram, Lowe revealed that he was attacked by Moose on two separate occasions within 12 hours. The first attack occurred while Lowe was trying to silence a smoke alarm, and Moose bit his finger before turning on him more aggressively, leaving him with multiple deep wounds.
Despite being left “fighting for his life,” Lowe managed to get Moose outside, only to be attacked again when his parents came to pick up his children. Lowe was forced to restrain Moose while waiting for help to arrive and ultimately had to go back to the ER for additional stitches.
Lowe and his wife, Catherine Giudici, have decided to no longer keep Moose in their home for fear of further attacks. They are working with animal control and adoption agencies to find the best solution for Moose, and are grateful that their children were not harmed during the incidents.
The reality star shared the details of his terrifying ordeal on social media in order to be transparent with his followers. Lowe emphasized the seriousness of the attacks and expressed his gratitude that he was the one who was injured rather than his wife or children. The situation is still developing as Lowe works to ensure the safety of his family and find a safe solution for Moose.
