In the East, Marist emerged victorious over North Dakota with a final score of 60-56, while Niagara defeated Bloomsburg with a strong 81-60 win. Syracuse had a dominating performance against Yale, finishing the game with a 78-50 victory.
Down South, Duke secured a 77-61 win over Columbia, and North Dakota State came out on top against the College of Charleston with a final score of 72-59. Southeastern Louisiana also clinched a win, defeating Charlotte 62-53. Sacramento State had an impressive performance against Wagner, finishing the game with a decisive 73-34 victory. UAB closed out the day with an 87-66 win over Southern Mississippi.
In the Far West, Santa Clara emerged victorious over High Point with a final score of 74-65.
