Simmons concluded that she has the physical and mental resiliency needed for the presidency.
The release of Harris’s medical report is seen as a contrast to former President Donald Trump, who has shared minimal details about his health. In the past, voters have raised concerns about the ages of presidential candidates, including Joe Biden, who was 81 at the time of his nomination. Trump’s doctor released a memo in November 2023 stating that he was in “excellent” health, but did not provide details of the tests conducted or their results. Trump has never released his full medical records, with the most comprehensive report available to the public dating back to January 2018.
