Investigation launched into sexual assault on popular Maryland trail

A woman was sexually assaulted in broad daylight on Rock Creek Trail in Chevy Chase, Maryland, with the suspect still at large, police report. The woman attempted to flee and was assisted by two individuals on bicycles who scared the suspect off and helped her contact the police.
