Bournemouth midfielder Tyler Adams is close to making his season debut after recovering from back surgery. The United States captain had surgery in July and is set to train with the team during the international break. Manager Andoni Iraola confirmed that Adams will miss the Leicester game but is nearing a return for the match against Arsenal on Oct. 19. Adams had missed most of last season due to a hamstring injury and ended his debut campaign with back spasms. Despite playing a full game for the U.S. in July, he underwent surgery shortly after. Adams was not included in the upcoming friendlies for the U.S. team. The midfielder’s return will be a boost for Bournemouth as they look to climb the Premier League table. Stay tuned for updates on Adams’ progress as he aims to make his mark in the upcoming matches.
