Authorities in Anne Arundel County, Maryland are investigating a fatal shooting that occurred in the parking lot of a Safeway in Annapolis. The victim, 59-year-old Allison McIntyre, was found dead with gunshot wounds in her parked car on Thursday evening. Police are seeking a Black woman who was seen driving a Blue Toyota Camry with license plate number 9EW6970, as a person of interest in the case.
