Post office operators are being encouraged to share their experiences with the Horizon IT system, particularly if they have encountered shortfalls or surpluses in their accounts. Respondents are assured that their responses can be anonymous, and that their data will only be used for the purpose of the feature before being deleted.
The Guardian is seeking specific details about the issues post office operators have faced with the Horizon IT system, as well as any concerns they may have. Operators are invited to upload photos if they feel it will enhance their story, and they have the option to grant permission for their responses to be published. Additionally, operators can express interest in speaking to the Guardian’s audio and/or video teams.
The survey aims to shed light on the ongoing challenges post office operators are facing with the Horizon IT system, and to provide a platform for their voices to be heard.
