The Metropolitan Police Department is seeking information from the public to identify those responsible for supplying these drugs to the toddler, who was found unresponsive in a Northwest apartment building and later pronounced dead at a nearby hospital. The D.C. Office of the Chief Medical Examiner ruled Amiri’s death a homicide due to intoxication, prompting a $25,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the individuals involved. In a press release, the MPD expressed their commitment to bringing justice for Amiri Royal Bynum and are urging anyone with relevant information to come forward.
