The Washington Wizards have announced the re-signing of forward Anthony Gill, who has been with the team for four seasons. In 179 games, Gill has averaged 3.6 points and 1.8 rebounds per game, making 15 starts. He was recently awarded the team’s E.B. Henderson Team Award for his community work and was a finalist for the J. Walter Kennedy Citizenship Award. Gill played college basketball at Virginia and has also played professionally in Russia and Turkey before joining the Wizards.
